If too thin, add more concentrate. If too thick, add more water.

Heat distilled water until steaming. Add 5% concentrate to hot water and allow to naturally melt. Add 2% fragrance and 1% preservative. Mix with hand mixer. Bottle. Allow to return to room temperature before applying bottle top. Label.

Love this product I made an 8 oz. batch of this and it came out perfect on my first try. LOL unusal for me..anyway I added 1/2 ounce of base to 8 ounces distilled water with 1 teaspoon germaben and it came out great. heated it on low in the microwave. I added the germaben at the end of the product when I added my FO. I'm glad I bought 2 lbs of it :-) and it is so cheap to make...thumbs up WSP for great product. no more buying store bought hair conditioner. I can make my own.

Great product!! This is so easy to use and so cost effective! I made this extra thick (about 6%)so that I could use it as more of a hair mask. It soaked into my hair instead of just sitting on top like so many conditioners do. I couldn't believe how easy my hair was to comb out while wet (it's usually quite tangled due to my perm) and it made my hair soft and manageable! It holds FO very well, too. When thick like I made it, it works great as a shaving cream as well! No more store bought conditioner or shaving cream for me!

Made My Hair Incredibly Soft I've got course, curly hair that tends to be dry. This conditioner made my hair very soft, and it was easy to make. 1/2 ounce of conditioner pellets to 8 ounces of distilled water. It looked too thin at first, but thickened up as it cooled. When applying it to my hair the first time, I was surprised that it didn't feel "slippery" like commercial conditioners. It was a little on the sticky side. But after I rinsed my hair and dried it, I was surprised how soft my hair was. Next time I might use slightly less than 1/2 ounce of the pellets, to see if it's less sticky-feeling. It's not a huge deal either way. It just surprised me. Overall a great product that gives great results, and very economical! :-)

Amazing Stuff! First off, 1 lb makes a TON of conditioner (do the math). Second, you have total control how thick or thin you want to make it, and what you want to add to it. Thinner is a great detangler. Can be made super thick like a hair balm for extra dry hair. The pellets have a very strong odor when heated in the microwave, but for some reason the smell goes away when added to water. Holds & covers fragrance very well! Be sure to heat entire product (Pellets, water, oils, ect.), on low in the microwave to ensure a smooth creamy product.

OMG, This stuff is Awesome! This stuff is so easy to use-you can even make just one 8oz bottle at a time. I do find it is easier to heat the water first then add the pellets to the hot water; especially when making small batches. I used only 3ml of fragrance for 8oz and it is strong. I added cyclomethicone and grapeseed oil also (2% each). It made a very thick, high-end, salon like conditioner. Simply Awesome! You have out done yourself.

We follow our inventory very closely. Frankly sometimes we make mistakes ordering inventory or popular items become less popular over time. When this happens we place the identified products on sale, typically below our cost. It is our philosophy is once an item has been identified as having an issue, correct the issue quickly and move on. This is good for our customers because it offers fantastic deals.

Pick Up Orders
Our main distribution center is in Cleveland, Ohio. If you are in this area, you may pick up your order during regular business hours. Our warehouse staff will load your car or truck at no charge. We do not offer pick-ups from our other distribution centers.

Wholesale Supplies Plus has a "walk in" show room. You may sniff fragrances, browse items and place an order. You will be asked to wait while your order is invoiced and fulfilled. Depending on the order, this may take up to an hour. We do not offer warehouse tours.

We do have a distribution center outside of Austin, Texas. Pick up orders is not available at this location.

Truck Load Delivery
If you are purchasing a large number of the same or different products, shipping by freight truck can save you a significant amount of money. If you are unable to have a 53 foot truck come to your location, you can arrange to pick up your shipment at the local trucking freight.

By shipping freight line, you will generally begin to realize a savings at 400 pounds. We have discounts of up to 88% with many freight companies. We pass this savings on to you!
